Jay Leftwich DDS

Dentist & Practice Owner

Dr. Leftwich is a graduate of Texas A&M with a BS in Biomedical Sciences, dental degree recipient from Baylor College of Dentistry, and completed his residency through the VA in Seattle, Washington. He specializes in implant restorations, porcelain esthetics, and sedation techniques for patients with compromised health. He was raised in Lubbock, Texas, where strong foundations of Faith, family, friends, and hard work were instilled into him as a young man.

The son of a lawyer and grandson of an orthodontist practicing in Dallas for over half a century, he was raised with a strong emphasis on servant leadership and the joy that comes with helping others.

Dr. Hornberger, a Dallas native, is a graduate of Texas A&M and dental degree recipient from Texas A&M College of Dentistry. The son of a lawyer and grandson of an orthodontist practicing in Dallas for over half a century, he was raised with a strong emphasis on servant leadership and the joy that comes with helping others.

Dr. Hornberger joined Leftwich Dentistry as an associate dentist in August of 2020.
